i am reading on this subject. i do not know much about it. but it sounds horrible
the way that female circumcision is done is not only not part of sunnah but also against sunnah. only the tip should be cut as cited in the hadiith by oneeyelucky. people have taken ignorance to a far greater leval than what can be swallowed. What is happening to these girls us disgusting and rather sad! in all religious wise, health wise, and morally it’s all wrong. i was lucky to have escaped it, but my mother and my mother’s mother had it done, and it’s quite depressing.
