BIG TIP for anyone going for this: I too got this achievement on a Finale level, but it was at the very end. The rescue vehicle was available, I gave the last tank one melee hit, no one ever shot him, and he auto-died when we took off in the rescue vehicle, earning me the achievement. This might be a glitch that’s been patched now, but I’d try it.
